Tyler Hendrick, 18, of Mount Vernon was charged at 1:00 a.m. on Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert Humphrey, 34, of Mount Vernon was charged at 4:10 p.m. on Wednesday with petty theft from the Dollar General on Coshocton Avenue.

Charles D. Watson, 21, of Fredericktown was picked up at around 6:30 a.m. on Sunday for an outstanding warrant.

Jake T. Cullen, 22, of Mount Vernon was charged at midnight on January 1, 2014 with receiving stolen property.

Jason D. Bostick, 38, of Howard was cited at 12:45 p.m. on Tuesday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Karen S. Gier, 69, of Pataskala was cited at 12:50 p.m. on Wednesday for running a red-light.

Kendra Lavan, 41, of Gambier was cited at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday for running a red-light.

C. Renee Harger, 43, of Fredericktown was cited just before 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday for speeding.

Brian D. Patak, 23, of Bedford, was cited just after 9:00 p.m. on Monday for running a stop-sign.

At around 12:50 a.m. on Tuesday, a disturbance was reported at the Colonial Estates apartment complex. Officers arrived at the scene and charged a suspect. Scales and a home-made plastic marijuana pipe were collected as evidence.

At around 3:15 a.m. on Tuesday, a victim reported that the front left tire of her vehicle had been vandalized while parked on the 300-block of W. Curtis Street. A suspect was identified.

At 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday, a victim reported that she had been threatened. A suspect was identified.

At around 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, officers were requested at the Knox Community Hospital to assist with an unruly patient.

At around 9:40 a.m. on Wednesday, an officer reported to an apartment on Yauger Road in response to a report of missing rings. Among the missing items was a lady’s platinum engagement ring with a center diamond valued at $5800.00.

At 8:20 p.m. on Wednesday, a resident of Ridgewood Drive reported that someone had forced entry into her garage. Nothing was listed as missing on the report.
