Seanace Jarvis, 24, of Mount Vernon was charged at 9:40 p.m. on Wednesday with persistent disorderly conduct.
Jessica Ferenbaugh, 27, of Mount Vernon was charged at 2:50 a.m. last Thursday with obstruction.
Ashli Price, 27, of Mount Vernon was picked up just after 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday for an outstanding warrant.

Alisha Davis, 30, of Fredericktown was cited at around 4:00 a.m. on Tuesday for failing to control her vehicle.
Trisha D. McDonald, 20, of Mount Vernon was cited at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday for speeding (40 in a 25 mph zone).
Sharon Helmbright, 62, of Howard was cited just after 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday for speeding.
Stephanie A. Tucker, 28, of Centerburg was cited just before 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday for failing to assure a clear driving-distance ahead.
Tina L. Church, 50, of Mount Vernon was cited at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday for failing to yield while turning left.
Accidents
Just before 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Debra K. Rowland, 52, of Mount Vernon was heading eastbound in the Wal-Mart parking lot in her 1997 Dodge Intrepid. When she attempted to turn right into a traffic lane,she struck a yellow metal pole.
At around 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Joshua M. Deane, 28, of Butler was heading eastbound on Coshocton Avenue in his 2010 Chevy Impala. Sharon K. Helmbright, 62, of Howard was immediately behind him in her 2004 Toyota Rav4. When Deane slowed to turn into the Arby’s driveway, Helmbright failed to stop and rear-ended his vehicle. Both drivers declined to write statements and Deane left before the officer was able to photograph the damage to his vehicle.
Incidents
At about 12:40 a.m. on Wednesday, a theft was reported from a dorm room at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. The victim reported that a pink-and-grey Northface jacket—along with her house keys, her car keys, and a white LG Rumor Reflex cell phone—had been taken. A suspect was identified.
