Rodney B. Johnson, 47, of Mount Vernon was picked up just before 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday for a parole violation.
Traffic Citations:
Dominic J. Diquilio, 19, of Mount Vernon was cited just after 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday for failing to assure a clear driving-distance ahead.
Grant T. Boucher, 34, of Mount Vernon was cited at around 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday for failure to control his vehicle.

Incidents:
At 9:45 p.m. on Tuesday, an officer responded to a report of a disturbance at the Learning Center on W. Vine Street. A suspect was identified.
Just before 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, a victim reported that a vehicle had been vandalized at Phillips Park.
At around 9:50 p.m. on Tuesday, officers responded to an active alarm at the Tractor Supply Company on Coshocton Avenue. The found the exterior of the business to be secure. When a keyholder arrived to reset the alarm, they conducted a walk-thru of the interior and found everything to be in order.
