MOUNT VERNON – Knox County Prosecutor John Thatcher reports that Jamie S. Cremeans, 42, Mount Vernon, entered guilty pleas Thursday to charges of Rape, Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor and Corrupting Another with Drugs involving four 12 and 13 year old Mount Vernon girls.
The Court scheduled his sentencing hearing for November 15. Cremeans faces mandatory prison terms and classification as a sex offender for life.
