Arrests:
Scott A Glancy Jr., 19, of Fredericktown was charged at 2:30 a.m. on Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia and with possession of a controlled substance.
Ashli N. Price, 27, of Mount Vernon was picked up just before 4:00 p.m. on Thursday for an outstanding warrant. She was charged also with a probation violation.
Adam M. Hansford, 36, of Mount Vernon was cited at around 6:45 a.m. on Thursday for driving under a suspended license. He was then picked up for an outstanding warrant.
Traffic Violations:
William Levi Strouse, 21, of Mount Vernon was cited at around 1:00 p.m. on Thursday for driving under a suspended license.
Adam M. Hansford, 36, of Mount Vernon was cited at around 6:45 a.m. on Thursday for driving under a suspended license. He was then picked up for an outstanding warrant.

At around 2:30 a.m. on Thursday, officers were doing a routine patrol when they observed a person walking on N. Catherine Street. He had a flashlight and appeared to be looking into parked vehicles. When they confronted the individual, they found him to be in possession of a marijuana grinder and scale and a baggie of marijuana.
At around 6:45 a.m. on Thursday, an officer stopped a vehicle on Blackjack Road. The driver was arrested for an outstanding warrant and cited him for driving under a suspended license. His vehicle, a 2000 Dodge Caravan which might bear fictitious plates, was impounded by Blubaugh’s towing.
At around 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, a victim reported that her Kindle Fire had been stolen from her residence on the 500-block of N. Harrison Street. A suspect was identified.
Just before 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, a video camera was destroyed at the Public Library. A suspect was identified.
