Traffic Citations
William D. Hutchison, 33, of Patriot, IN was cited at 2:10 p.m. on Wednesday for failing to drive within marked lanes.
Jeffrey J. Gaines, 31, of Mount Vernon was cited at 2:50 p.m. on Wednesday for driving under a suspended license.
James C. Cyrus, 49, of Mansfield was cited at around 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday for making an improper turn.
Lori J. Marti, 37, of Danville was cited at around 11:40 a.m. on Wednesday for speeding (40 in a 25 mph zone).
Robert Lambert, 30, of Howard was cited just after 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday for driving under a suspended license.
Arrests and Charges
Adam Tipton, 19, of Howard was charged at 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday with underage consumption of alcohol and with obstructing official business.
Jason N. Hogan, 19, of Mount Vernon was picked up at around 12:40 p.m. on Wednesday for an outstanding warrant.
Kyle B. Pugh, 19, of Mount Vernon was charged just before 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday with trespassing.
Christopher J. Richfield, 18, of Mount Vernon was charged just before 1:00 a.m. on Wednesday for aiding and abetting a juvenile curfew violation.
Ashli N. Price, 27, of Mount Vernon was picked up at 11:20 a.m. on Tuesday for an outstanding warrant.

Just before 1:00 a.m. on Wednesday, some juveniles were cited for curfew violations and some non-juveniles were charged with aiding and abetting them.
At 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday, an officer stopped a vehicle that was driving suspiciously in an alley off the 200-block of E. Gambier Street. Suspects were charged with various offenses, including underage purchase and consumption, criminal trespassing, and obstructing official business. A McDonald’s bag and wrapper were recovered at the scene.
At around 3:45 a.m. on Wednesday, an officer took down a criminal trespassing complaint from a resident on the 300-block of E. Burgess Street. A suspect was identified and a zip-lock bag (with dollar signs on it), a silver gum wrapper, and a McDonald’s bag and wrappers were recovered at the scene.
At 7:50 a.m. on Wednesday, a victim reported a theft from his 1993 Chevy Silverado while it was parked on the 100-block of Sychar Road. Among the items taken from it were an 18-volt Porter Cable four-tool combo pack (all of which were marked with “REM” in black marker) a Gerber hook-blade machete, and a Buck knife.
At about 9:40 a.m. on Wednesday, a burglary was reported at a residence on Plaza Drive. Several feet of copper pipe were missing and a Marlboro cigarette butt was found at the scene.
