Traffic Citations:
Zoe S. Kontes, 39, of Gambier was cited just past 8:45 a.m. on Thursday for speeding (40 mph in a 25 mph zone).
Ryan M. Williams, 39, of Columbus was cited at around 3:25 p.m. on Thursday for driving a vehicle with expired registration tags.
Arrests:
Cory Hartshorn, 36, of Mount Vernon was charged at around 7:00 p.m. on Thursday with disorderly conduct.
Mercedes C. Shaffer, 38, of Mount Vernon was also charged at around 7:00 p.m. on Thursday with disorderly conduct.
Ryan M. Llewelyn, 21, of Mount Vernon was charged on Thursday with receiving stolen property at the Kroger.
James Anders, 21, of Mount Vernon was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor at the Kroger.

At around 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, Mercedes Shaffer reported that her son’s bicycle was stolen from the rack at the Dan Emmett Elementary School.
At 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, a victim reported that his iPhone 4s had been stolen from his residence on the 100-block of W. Burgess Street. A suspect was identified.
Just before 7:00 p.m. on Thursday officers were dispatched to Marion Street to handle a disturbance between two neighbors. Suspects were identified and charged.
At around 5:15 p.m. on Thursday, Kroger employees reported a theft of four bottles of Prestige diluted vodka with a total value of $29.94. Suspects were identified and charged.
At 9:45 p.m. on Thursday, a victim reported an Internet scam. Her credit card had been charged $600.00.
