COLUMBUS-The Ohio Department of Education released district report cards Thursday for the 2012-13 school year.
The state has eliminated the composite scores of the past and now will grade districts on multiple areas.
The Mount Vernon City School district performed well, achieving an A in the letter grade of standards met. However, the district received an F in letter grade of overall value – added.
The table below outlines some of the categories listed in the report card and the scores or grades.
