On Monday afternoon at 2:00 p.m., a victim reported that sometime over the previous weekend, someone entered the premises of Robertson Trucking on Columbus Road and removed the power-steering pump and high-pressure hose from one of their trucks. The victim advised that it would cost around $1251.00 to repair the truck.
At about 4:30 p.m. on Monday, a resident of College Hill Road in Danville reported that his pressure-washer was missing. He stated that he had last seen the 4,200-psi pressure-washer with a Honda engine outside his shop.
At 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday, a victim reported that his riding lawnmower had been taken from an unlocked shed on his property on Green Valley Road in Wayne Township.
Just after 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, a deputy was dispatched to a residence on Granville Road in Mount Vernon in response to a report of breaking-and-entering. The victim reported that, sometime overnight, an unknown person or persons entered her business and stole a cashbox containing old coins and a set f keys. She estimated the value o f the old currency at around $250.00. The deputy and the victim examined the business and found that a front-door had been pried open and left unsecured. The scene was processed and the victim wrote out a statement before re-securing the door.
Just before 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Kelly Streiner, 45, of Mount Vernon turned herself in to the Knox County Jail. A warrant had been issued for her arrest for a number of drug-related offenses. She was taken into custody without incident.
