Official Rules

No Purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or membership will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

The Source Media 2026 Football Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Source Media Properties, 40 W 4th St. Mansfield OH 44902 (“Sponsor”).

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with The Ohio State University, the University of Michigan, the Big Ten Conference, the NCAA, FOX, or any other third party associated with the football game or participating teams.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Ohio who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers and directors of Source Media Properties and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter or win.

“Immediate family” includes spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 5:00 pm Eastern Time on Aug. 21, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Nov. 15, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

Sponsor’s computer systems will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry.

Method 1: Source Membership

Eligible individuals who become a paid Source member during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.

Individuals who are active Source members as of Aug. 21, 2026, will also automatically receive one entry.

Becoming a member does not improve an entrant’s odds of winning compared with entering using the free method described below.

Method 2: Free Online Entry

No purchase or membership is necessary.

Eligible individuals may enter for free by visiting www.richlandsource.com/the-game-sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period and completing the online entry form with the requested information.

Submitting a free entry provides the same opportunity to win as becoming or being a Source member.

Limit one entry per eligible person, regardless of method of entry.

Submitting multiple entries, using multiple email addresses or identities, or attempting to obtain more than one entry will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning and may result in disqualification.

If an individual qualifies through both methods, that individual will receive only one entry.

5. Email Communications

An email address is required for online entry so Sponsor can administer the Sweepstakes and contact a potential winner.

By submitting an online entry, entrants acknowledge that they may receive Source email communications. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Unsubscribing will not cancel a valid Sweepstakes entry or otherwise affect an entrant’s eligibility or odds of winning.

6. Prize

One winner will receive:

Two (2) tickets to the Ohio State vs. Michigan football game scheduled for Nov. 28, 2026, at Ohio Stadium in Columbus, Ohio.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000.

The prize consists solely of the two game tickets unless otherwise expressly stated by Sponsor.

Transportation, parking, lodging, food, beverages and all other expenses associated with attending the game are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The prize is nontransferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash by the winner, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, if any, associated with acceptance or use of the prize.

All ticket and venue terms, conditions and restrictions apply.

Sponsor is not responsible for a game cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, relocation, change in participants or other event outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. If the game is postponed or rescheduled and the tickets remain valid, the winner will receive the tickets for the rescheduled event. If the game is canceled and the tickets become unusable, Sponsor’s obligations will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the terms applicable to the tickets.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will occur on or about Nov. 16, 2026.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

A purchase, payment or Source membership does not increase the odds of winning.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number associated with the winning entry.

The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of Sponsor’s first notification attempt.

Sponsor may require the potential winner to verify eligibility and execute an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release and, where legally permissible, publicity release before receiving the prize.

If a potential winner:

• cannot be contacted;
• does not respond within the required period;
• is determined to be ineligible;
• declines the prize; or
• fails to complete any reasonably required verification documentation,

the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Verification and Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any entrant.

Entries generated through automated means, bots, scripts or other fraudulent methods are prohibited.

Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, attempts to obtain additional entries contrary to these Official Rules, provides false information, interferes with operation of the Sweepstakes or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of an online entrant, Sponsor may deem the authorized account holder of the email address submitted with the entry to be the entrant, subject to verification of eligibility.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city of residence, likeness, photograph and statements regarding the Sweepstakes for reasonable promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or technically unsuccessful entries resulting from circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Technical Problems

If the Sweepstakes cannot operate as reasonably intended because of technical failures, fraud, unauthorized intervention, security problems or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes.

If terminated early, Sponsor may select the winner from eligible entries received before the disruption, if doing so is fair, feasible and legally permissible.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner and otherwise as described in Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Any marketing communications will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable email practices and applicable law.

14. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s reasonable decisions concerning administration of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be subject to applicable state and federal law and brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Ohio, unless otherwise required by law.

16. Winner Information

For the name of the winner after the Sweepstakes has concluded, send a request to membership@richlandsource.com with the subject line “2026 Football Sweepstakes Winner.”

Requests must be received by Nov. 27, 2026.
