Local entrepreneur David Stein worked with the City of Mount Vernon to coordinate valet parking on Saturday night for those who attended the Woodward's grand opening. Stein believes valet parking could be used for some of the Woodward's bigger events in the future, and it could help quell the 'fear' of parking downtown.
