Nancy (Wolfe) Fletcher, 85, of Mt Vernon, passed away on January 22 at Brookdale Senior Living following an extended illness. Born in Logan, OH, Nancy was a 1954 graduate of St. Mary’s High School in Marion Ohio. After meeting her husband Ned, they married in New Jersey on May 29, 1957 and then later settled in Mt Vernon. Nancy enjoyed gardening, going to the beach, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
Nancy is survived by her daughter Kelly (Kevin) Stough of Blacklick, OH, sister-in-law Molly (Bruce) Schouten, cousins Susan (Dick) Huggins, and several special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, and special caregiver Vicky. Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Ned, her parents Harold (Obie)
and Helen (Canty) Wolfe and her brother Dan Wolfe.
The family would like to thank the staff of Brookdale and Brookdale Hospice for the wonderful care they gave to Nancy. A private burial will take place at a later date.
