KNOX COUNTY -- The Knox Substance Abuse Action Team will be sponsoring a prescription drug take back day on Saturday, April 28.

The annual spring roundup collects unused or expired medications. Drop-off locations will be held at the Knox County Health Department in Mount Vernon, the Fredericktown Police Station, Foster’s HealthMart Pharmacy in Centerburg, and the Danville Police Department. Prescription drugs can be dropped off between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Liquid medications will not be accepted.
