MOUNT VERNON – The Mount Vernon High School Marching Band will host The 5th Annual Yellow Jacket Showcase of Bands on Saturday, September 28th at 7:00pm at the Mount Vernon High School Stadium.
The showcase of bands will be a fun and entertaining evening of marching band music by some of our local high school bands.
Featured bands at this year’s show are the Danville High School Marching Blue Devils, the Fredericktown High School Marching Scarlet and Gray, the West Holmes Marching Knights, and the Yellow Jacket Marching Band from Mount Vernon High School. Our feature band will be The University of Mount Union Purple Raider Marching Band.
Tickets are $5.00 for adults, $3.00 for seniors/students and may be purchased at the gate on the night of the event. Parking is free and the Mount Vernon Music boosters will be serving food at the concession stand. Don’t miss this wonderful evening of food, fun, and excellent music from our local high school musicians.
