MOUNT VERNON -- Knox County Sheriff's deputies filed these reports after their respective shifts.
MAY 20
-- A caller reported his two sons were fighting and one had been physically assaulted. Upon arrival of law enforcement one of the brothers was determined to be the primary physical aggressor. He was arrested and transported to the Knox County Jail without incident.
-- Deputies were dispatched to the 23000 block of Coshocton Road in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival Deputies conducted an investigation on the incident. A report was taken for documentation.
-- A caller reported someone kicked in the door of her apartment and stole her purse and glasses. The caller believes the person is her ex-boyfriend who has a protection order. Caller advised that her ex-boyfriend sent her text messages prior to the incident stating that he was going to go to the apartment and enter the home. Contact was made with the suspect and a warrant was put out for his arrest for violation of a protection order.
MAY 21
-- On the above date, a deputy was dispatched to the location of the Laurels on the report of a disturbance involving a male resident. The deputy responded to the Laurels and made contact with all parties involved. This incident involved a male patient the deputy had contact with earlier on in the day on May 21.
-- The complainant called the Knox County Sheriff's Office to report they had found some suspicious charges on their credit card. A report was filed and remains under investigation.
-- Deputies were dispatched to the 2000 block of Rich Hill Road in reference to an unconscious/unresponsive male.
