MOUNT VERNON -- Knox County Sheriff's deputies filed these reports after their respective shifts.
MARCH 1
-- Deputies were dispatched to an address on Biggs Rd for a threats of suicide. The suspect was taken to Knox Community Hospital and pink slipped.
-- A complainant called to report an injured raccoon was on their property and needed dispatched. Deputies responded and the raccoon was dispatched and a report was completed for documentation.
-- Deputies were dispatched to Mink Street due to a female being pushed out of vehicle and male leaving with a rifle. Male and rifle were located and a report was taken.
-- Deputies were dispatched to the 1600 block of Laybelle Dr in reference to an attempted suicide. Upon arrival, Deputies made contact with a female individual who was suspected of making suicidal remarks on social media. Deputies conducted an investigation on the incident. It was determined by Deputies, that the female be pink slipped and transported to Knox Community Hospital for evaluation.
-- Deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of E Woodside Dr, Gambier on a report of fraud. Advice and information was given on the incident, as well as a report was taken for documentation.
-- Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Ankenytown Road on a possible missing juvenile. The juvenile arrived back at the residence prior to deputies arrival. After interviewing all individuals involved it was determined that a report would be written and sent to the Knox County Juvenile Probation Office for review of unruly juvenile charges.
-- a deputy was dispatched to a residence on Cassell Road on a injured deer laying near the roadway needing dispatched. The deputy dispatched the deer with his office issued firearm. A report was written for documentation.
