  • A deputy was advised of a vehicle in a ditch on Camp Rd. in Liberty Twp. Hen he arrived at the scene he found a Geo Prizm in a ditch next to the roadway in the Liberty Twp. right-of-way. The deputy was aware the vehicle owner is in the Morrow County Jail and had a recreational vehicle towed the previous week under similar circumstances. A towing company was contacted and the vehicle was towed to the impound lot. Release of the vehicle will require proof of ownership. The vehicle was full of beer bottles and other assorted garbage. A report was written to document the incident.
  • A passing motorist reported a suspicious female walking along Pipesville Rd. A deputy investigated and determined the female was a runaway juvenile from Athens County. The girl was turned over to her mother.
  • A deputy dispatched an injured whitetail deer on Coshocton Rd. in Howard. A report was written to document the incident.
  • A deputy attempted to stop a Suzuki ATV traveling north on Vincent Rd. The operator of the ATV failed to stop and fled approximately 1.6 miles before pulling over. The operator was given a traffic citation and released to his mother. The ATV was impounded.
