  • A deputy from the KCSO stopped Harold Herbert Carter for a driving infraction. During the traffic stop investigation it was found the Carter had been drinking and he was arrested for OVI.
  • The complainant called the KCSO and advised someone used his and his wife's information in an attempt to open two loans. The complainant said he contacted the company about the loans and they told him the accounts would be flagged and the funds would not be disbursed.
  • A deputy was dispatched to an apartment on Lepley Lane in Gambier for a report of theft. Dispatched advised the complainant discovered his bicycle was stolen. The bicycle was described as a 2006 Felt F3C, black carbon fiber in color with 2 bottle holders.
