  • An unknown driver was backing from a parking spot when it struck A vehicle owned by Robert D. Lee causing damage. The unknown driver left the scene without leaving contact information.

May 8

  • A vehicle was stopped by a deputy for moving violations on Coshocton Ave. Indicators of alcohol, impairment were noticed by the deputy who also observed open containers of alcohol inside the vehicle in plain view. The driver, Mason Lyon, was arrested for OVI after failing field sobriety tests. He was transported to the Knox County Jail.

May 9

  • A deputy spoke with the complainant who wanted to report an incident of vandalism. He had surveillance footage that showed a small built male or female, possibly with long hair put up in a bun, wearing a hoodie, vandalize a sign.

May 10

  • Deputies took a report in the KCSO lobby for a domestic violence incident that took place on Upper Fredericktown Rd. The victim said her live-in boyfriend, J Scott M. Eshelman had assaulted and threatened her multiple times over the last few weeks. Eshelman was arrested for domestic violence, assault, and aggravated menacing. He was transported to the Knox County Jail.
