- The complainant advised she gave her friend permission to use her vehicle. The complainant stated she never gave the suspect permission to drive the vehicle and it was never returned to her. Ashley Swihart was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and on an outstanding warrant issued by the Mount Vernon Municipal Court. Swihart was transported to Knox County Jail without incident.
- The complainant called the KCSO and advised she was involved in a verbal argument with Thomas H. Germani. During the argument, Germani slapped the complainant in the face causing redness to the left cheek. Germani was arrested for domestic violence and assault.
