KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

- The complainant contacted the Victim's Advocate to advise her the suspect had contacted the complainant via text message which violated the protection order she had against the suspect. A statement was gathered and the text message was received. The suspect, Joel Anthony French, was charged with violating the protection order.
- Deputies were dispatched to a Mount Vernon business for a report of shoplifting. The suspect was found and issued a summons and was trespassed from the business.
- Deputies relayed with the Ontario Police Department to transport Stephanie Jo Ferry who they arrested for an outstanding warrant in Knox County. Ferry was transported to Knox County Jail without incident.
