KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
June 28
- Deputies recovered an abandoned bicycle on Berry Rd. in Howard. The bicycle was secured into evidence and a lost/found report was filed.
- Deputies as well as multiple fire engines were dispatched to a structure fire.
June 29
- Deputies were dispatched to a Utica area residence on a domestic violence call. When the deputies arrived they spoke with both the complainant and the suspect. The complainant advised the suspect grabbed them by the shoulders and shoved them around the room and was refusing to let the complainant leave with her children. Brian T. Grove was arrested for assault and domestic violence. He was transported to Knox County Jail without incident.
- The complainant advised the juvenile was having a moment of crisis. Deputies arrived and eventually got her transported to the hospital by Danville squad.
