June 27

  • Malinda S. Neighbarger was eastbound on Coshocton Rd and attempted to make a left turn onto Anchor Dr. She turned into the path of Richard H. Rhodes who was west bound on Coshocton Rd. Rhodes struck Neighbarger as she was turning. Neighbarger was issued a citation for failure to yield while making a left turn.
  • Richard Sterling was traveling east on Millersburg Rd. and was struck by Charlotte Linger who was exiting the Marathon station in Martinsburg. Sterling had minor damage to the right front and rear doors and right rear bumper. Linger's vehicle had minor damage to the entire front end of the vehicle. Neither car needed towing. Linger was cited for failure to yield.

June 28

  • Timothy Slayton was backing out of a parking spot in Centerburg and struck Joseph J. Scaffidi.

June 29

  • Deputies responded to Adams St. for a disturbance call. The caller advised Glenn E. Steele was at the residence and was under the influence of alcohol. Dispatch advised Steele had an active warrant out of Knox County. Deputies made contact with Steele and placed him under arrest for the warrant. He was transported to Knox County Jail without incident.
