Feb. 8

  • Deputies responded to the area of Blue Rd. for a report of domestic violence. Justin M. Pittman was arrested and transported to Knox County Jail.
  • The complainant called the KCSO and reported someone had filed for unemployment under their name. A report was filed to document the incident at the complainant's request.
  • One student physically assaulted another student causing visible injury. The aggressor was suspended by the school and a report was made to send to juvenile authorities for charges.
  • Deputies were dispatched to the area of Millersburg Rd. on a suspicious male standing next to a truck. Deputies were able to locate the male and the vehicle parked in the middle of a business driveway. While interviewing the male, deputies noticed the strong smell of raw marijuana coming from the vehicle. Upon further investigation, several marijuana plants were located in the bed of the vehicle. Information was gathered and the vehicle was seized for processing at the Knox County Sheriff's Office.

Feb. 9

  • The OSHP was investigating a hit-skip accident on Cassell Rd. when their investigation located a Sentry safe near the accident. They collected the safe - which contained unknown drugs and drug paraphernalia - and turned it over to the KCSO for further investigation.
  • The complainant contacted the KCSO regarding s male who was going to attempt self-harm.
