  • Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Jug Run Road in Frazeysburg on a possible suspicious vehicle that had driven onto the complainant's property. When the deputies arrived they found the vehicle on the complainant's property with the driver in the driver's seat. Deputies detected a strong odor of alcohol and ran the driver, Brandon G. May, through standard sobriety tests, which he failed. May was placed under arrest for OVI.
  • A deputy arrived at the incident location on Harcourt Road and spoke with the complainant. He said sometime between 6:00 PM Saturday, Aug. 3 and 10:30 AM Aug. 6, unknown persons had damaged screens and a window on sheds belonging to Mount Vernon Sheds and Barns, the complainant's business. The deputy told the complainant a report would be made to document the incident.
