- A deputy made a traffic stop on a male riding a small dirt bike on Harcourt Rd. at night with no headlamp. The male fled into a nearby parking lot and then crashed after he hit an embankment. The male was transported to Knox Community Hospital for treatment of his injuries. He was later cited for OVI, fleeing and eluding and several other traffic violations.
