March 24

  • A deputy was dispatched to Mohaven Rd. on a report of a bullet going through a window at the complainant's home. Photos were taken and the bullet was collected as evidence. Near-by neighbors were contacted but offered no leads on who the suspect might be.
  • Deputies responded to Lepley Rd. for a report of domestic violence. The complainants stated their live-in son had assaulted them and was locked outside the residence attempting to get back in. Ryan Lawance Cooper was arrested and charged with domestic violence, assault, and obstruction of official business. Cooper was transported to the Knox County Jail.
  • The complainant called the KCSO to report the theft of a yard barn kit.

March 25

  • Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired registration. The driver was found to have a suspended driver's license and was cited for the expired registration and driving under suspension. The vehicle was impounded.
