  • The complainant called the KCSO to report several people in side-by-sides had shot a deer across the street from their residence. The complainant called back, later to report the people had returned, shot the deer again, the loaded it into the side-by-side and left. The complainant followed the suspect for a while and was able to give a description. The suspect was located and items were seized from the suspect's residence by Ohio Department of Natural Resources officers.

Dec. 27

  • Deputies were dispatched to the area of Millersburg Rg. And New Castle Rd. to investigate a complaint of a disabled vehicle where the driver was possibly intoxicated. Deputies arrived at the scene and spoke to Jose Iraldi Garcia-Lopez, the driver of the vehicle. He was arrested for driving under the influence and driving without a valid driver's license.
  • Deputies were called to a residence on Sparta Rd. to investigate an incident of trespassing and criminal damaging. While the deputies were at the scene of the incident a call was received about a vehicle fire in the area of Pinkley and Overly roads. Further investigation determined that the two vehicles at the fire were the ones involved in the incident on Sparta Rd. The suspects were issued summonses for criminal damaging and criminal trespassing.
