Aug. 15

  • The complainant reported an abandoned vehicle on his property on Kinney Rd. He said the owner had been contacted numerous times but had not retrieved the vehicle. The vehicle was towed and impounded as abandoned.

Aug. 16

  • Deputies were dispatched to the incident location on Rabbit Ridge Rd. in Howard in reference to an active domestic dispute. When the deputies arrived they began an investigation into the incident. The result of the inquiry was the arrest of Isaiah Miller-Bumpus for domestic violence and assault. He was transported to the Knox County Jail.
  • Deputies were dispatched to the incident location on Clutter Rd. In Utica on a report of a male with lacerations on his hands. Licking County dispatch advised the individuals were sounding belligerent on the phone. When deputies arrived they discovered domestic violence was responsible for the lacerations. The suspect was transported to Licking County Memorial Hospital. Photographs were taken, witness statements taken and charges were filed against Vincent D. Sherman for domestic violence and menacing.
