  • The complainant advised John Palmer, who had an outstanding warrant, was staying at the incident location. Palmer was located, arrested and transported to the Knox County Jail without incident.
  • The complainant stated someone had entered her storage unit and removed several items. She said it had been two weeks since she had been there and when she arrived she noticed her belongings were in disarray. Among the items taken were a Sony 70” TV, a burgundy/tan couch, a red Bissell vacuum cleaner, a 1900 antique stand up record player a white and tan Michael Kors purse and a ceramic glass top range. The complainant advised she will go through her storage receipts to get pertinent information and serial numbers.
  • James H. Sparks was turning right onto the southbound lane of N. Sandusky St. from a private driveway when he struck James A. Breneman who was also heading south. Sparks was cited for failure to yield right of way from a private driveway.
