Sept. 18

  • A deputy spoke with the complainant by telephone. He wanted to report an incident at one of his home builds in Apple Valley. The complainant said his Generac generator was taken from the incident location between the dates of 9/13 to 9/18/19. The generator is red and black and worth $900.00.

Sept. 19

  • The complainant reported his garage was burglarized and numerous items were taken. There were no signs of forced entry into the building. At this time there are no suspects.
  • The complainant said her mother had been the victim of numerous frauds. These incidents involved large sums of money.

Sept. 20

  • Deputies responded to an injury crash on Coshocton Rd. near Mount Vernon. When deputies arrived on the scene it was determined the driver of the car, Daniel Hawk, was possibly impaired. A field sobriety test was performed and Hawk was subsequently arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence and was transported to the Knox County Jail.
