  • A deputy spoke with the complainant by phone. He advised he wanted to report his bank account information had been compromised and that he was a victim of fraud.
  • Raechel M. Wilson was traveling north/west on Columbus Rd. She advised she became sleepy and ran off the right side of the roadway striking the guard rail with the front passenger side of her vehicle. ODOT was contacted to check fore damage to the guard rail. Wilson was cited for failure to control.
  • Dino J. Ghiloni and Christina S. Hammond were traveling southwest on Columbus Rd. Both vehicles came to a complete stop. Then Ghiloni turned right into the parking lot of 162 Columbus Rd. Hammond attempted to go around Ghiloni on the right side. Hammond struck Ghiloni's passenger side causing damage to both vehicles. Hammond was cited for passing on the right.
