MOUNT VERNON – The 2016 Knox County Distinguished Young Women Scholarship Program was held over the weekend at The Memorial Theater. This year’s winners are Savannah Overly of Centerburg High School, the DYW of Greater Knox County. Central Knox County’s DYW is Rachel Rinehart of Mount Vernon. Both young women will represent the county in the Ohio Distinguished Young Women program in Mount Vernon next February.
