MOUNT VERNON – The Board of the Clinton Township Water and Sewer District has increased its district fees for customers by $5 a month. The increase was passed by resolution in May 2021, and the new rates went into effect in August 2021.

The change will be reflected in Clinton Sewer and Water District utility bills scheduled to be sent out by the City of Mount Vernon on Aug. 31.
