MOUNT VERNON – Judge John Thatcher found 23 guilty and sentenced three after arraignments, hearings and trials at the Mount Vernon Municipal Court this week.

Cases were:

— Bryson Parker, 23 of Mount Gilead, was found guilty Operating a Vehicle While Under the Influence. The Court sentenced him to pay a $500 fine, serve 180 days in jail, with 177 days suspended, placed him on two years of community control with the following condition: attend and complete a 72-hour driver intervention program, and suspended his operator’s license for one year.

— Gregory Goudy II, 36 of Fredericktown, was found guilty of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The Court sentenced him to serve one day in jail.

— Steven Keener, 36 of Howard, was found guilty of Driving Under an FRA Suspension and Failure to Use Reasonable Control. The Court sentenced him to pay a $200 fine for the DUS charge.

— Danie Daniel, 67 of Mansfield, was found guilty of Recklessly Approaching a Public Safety Vehicle. The Court sentenced him to pay a $100 fine.

— John Hinkle, 53 of Delaware, was found guilty of Driving Under an FRA Suspension, Operating a Vehicle Without a License Plate Light, and Possession of Marihuana. The Court sentenced him to pay a $200 fine for the DUS charge and a $50 fine for the Possession charge.

— Vanessa Porter, 40 of Youngstown, was found guilty of Possession of Marijuana. The Court sentenced her to pay a $50 fine.

— Christina Garretson, 33 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Speeding. The Court sentenced her to pay a $25 fine.

— Brett Church, 38 of Gambier, was found guilty of Not Wearing a Seatbelt. The Court sentenced him to pay a $20 fine.

— Stefanee Crane, 26 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Failing to Use Reasonable Control. The Court sentenced her to pay a $35 fine.

— Brandon Price, 31 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Operating a Vehicle with Fictitious Plates, Driving Under Suspension, and Speeding in a School Zone. The Court sentenced him to pay a $100 fine for the Fictitious Plates charge, a $200 fine for the DUS charge, and a $35 fine for Speeding.

— Christopher Ballard, 34 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Driving Under an FRA Suspension. The Court sentenced him to serve five days in jail.

— Robert Snow, 53 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Driving Under Suspension. The Court sentenced him to pay a $200 fine.

— Keith Carder, 31 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Failing to Reinstate his Operator’s License. The Court sentenced him to pay a $200 fine.

— Joseph Ball, 29 of Centerburg, was found guilty of Driving Without a Valid License. The Court sentenced him to pay a $250 fine.

— Christina Garretson, 33 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Speeding. The Court sentenced her to pay a $25 fine.

— Billy Brown, 53 of Centerburg, was found guilty of Disorderly Conduct with Persisting Behavior. The Court sentenced him to serve four days in jail.

— Jonathon Llewellyn, 22 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Driving Under an FRA Suspension. The Court sentenced him to pay a $200 fine.

— Joseph Tanner, 37 of Newcomerstown, was found guilty of Driving Under an FRA Suspension and Possession of Drug Abuse Paraphernalia. The Court sentenced him to pay a $200 fine for the DUS charge and to serve four days in jail for the Possession charge.

— Anna Morris, 37 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments. The Court sentenced her to credit for time served in jail.

— Jared Farabaugh, 28 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Criminal Mischief. The Court sentenced him to serve 180 days in jail, with all time suspended, and placed him on two years of probation.

— Tristen Clifton, 23 of Howard, was found guilty of Obstructing Official Business. The Court sentenced him to serve 10 days in jail, with credit for time served.

— Donald Kennedy, 27 of Howard, was found guilty of Domestic Violence, Criminal Trespassing, and Theft. The Court sentenced him to serve 180 days in jail, with 100 days suspended, and placed him on two years for the Domestic Violence charge and to serve 20 days in jail for each of the other two charges.

— Jesse Ray, 28 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of two counts of Theft. The Court sentenced him to serve 180 days in jail concurrently, with 177 days suspended, and placed him on two years of probation with the following condition: complete 10 hours of community service.

— Christopher Green, 34 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty Operating a Vehicle While Under the Influence. The Court sentenced him to pay a $500 fine, serve 180 days in jail, with 177 days suspended, placed him on two years of community control with the following condition: attend and complete a 72-hour driver intervention program, and suspended his operator’s license for one year.

— Nathan Parke, 25 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Possession of Marijuana. He was sentenced to pay a $50 fine and the Court suspended his operator’s license for 180 days.

— Ronnie McCain, 42 of Warsaw, was found guilty of Domestic Violence. He was sentenced to serve 180 days in jail, with 135 days suspended, and placed him on two years of probation with the following condition: complete a drug and alcohol assessment as soon as is practicable.

— Courtney Johnson, 25 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of two counts of Child Endangerment. She was sentenced to serve 180 days in jail, with 90 days suspended, and placed her on two years of probation.
