COVID-19 UPDATE

March 12, 1 pm EST:  TWP will meet in-person on March 12, but will move to a distance-learning model starting March 19th-April 9. Our Distance Learning program includes multiple options for teens:

ABOUT TWP

The Public Library of Mount Vernon & Knox County's Teen Writing Program continues its collaboration with The Kenyon Review. Teens write in a variety of genres: poetry, playwriting, memoir, fiction, and comics. Snacks, notebooks, and prizes provided. All young writers age 13-18 are welcome.

Schedules

  • Starting Thursday, January 16th, 2020, repeated every week on Thursday until Tuesday, February 25, 2020 @ 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm
  • Starting Thursday, March 19th, 2020, repeats every week on Thursday until Thursday, May 14, 2020 @ 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm
