MOUNT VERNON β€” Mount Vernon Nazarene University Athletics announced its attendance policy for all indoor sporting events on Thursday, September 9.

Indoor sporting events will be allowed to be at full capacity, with all spectators required to wear masks, whether they are vaccinated or non-vaccinated.

In addition to events being back to full capacity, visiting fans and spectators are allowed to attend MVNU Athletics indoor sporting events as long as they adhere to the mandatory mask policy.

“We are excited to welcome all spectators back to MVNU athletic events,” said Director of Athletics, Chip Wilson. β€œThis was a major piece to the game experience that we missed last year, and we look forward to hearing the cheers soon! Because we are still faced with some challenges, we are asking that all spectators remain masked for indoor events. We thank you all for your cooperation.”

There are no spectator guidelines for outdoor sporting events. Stay tuned to www.mvnucougars.com for updates.
