MOUNT VERNON – Knox County Convention & Visitors Bureau, the destination marketing organization that attracts visitors and travelers to Knox County, Ohio, has launched a new look for its brand.
“Travel and tourism were forced to take a back seat last year. We wanted to look forward and think about opportunities to tell the story of Knox County to guests when things reopened,” Knox County Convention & Visitors Bureau Board Chair Laura Hess said.
“The brand relaunch represents a natural evolution in what is next for Knox County. We are ready to collaborate with, promote and support our partners as we work to draw more day trippers, event guests and overnight visitors.”
Designed in partnership with Columbus-based marketing agency Fahlgren Mortine, the new visual identity compliments Knox County's pastoral beauty, vast outdoor recreation adventures and the confluence of arts and culinary ventures within the county.
“This brand will tell the story of the people that make this county a unique destination for travelers of all kinds,” Marketing Manager Olivia Toth said.
“Staying in a unique B&B, experiencing a grand show at the restored opera house or hiking a new trail; we’re showing our guests that they can experience something new or unexplored here. It’s imperative for our brand to reflect and promote our county as it is today and the tremendous value we bring as a community.”
