Hanover House

The building at 153 W. Main St. in Loudonville, formerly Hanover House Diner, has been sold. 

LOUDONVILLE - The downtown Loudonville building that until recently housed Hanover House Diner has been sold.

Black Fork Properties purchased the 153 W. Main St. property for $200,000 from Florence L. Lowe's limited liability company, FLL, according to records from the Ashland County Auditor's Office. The sale date was Feb. 21.  

Lowe bought the building for $85,000 in 2010 and opened Hanover House Diner in 2011. The restaurant closed in late 2018. 

Black Fork Properties is registered to The White Law Office in Millersburg, but the LLC also has an address of 241 W. Main St. in Loudonville listed with the Ashland County Auditor. That address is the location of Strive Health Chiropractic. Chiropractor Dakota Zickefoose did not respond to a request for comment.
