- The complainant advised he received a phone call telling him he had won a drawing and he needed to send in a $200 Walmart transfer for a processing fee. Once he did that he realized it was a scam and he requested a report for documentation.
- The suspect was stopped for traffic violations and was found to have a suspended driver’s license. The officer detected the distinct odor of marijuana in the vehicle and instituted a search. A bag of green vegetation was located in the back seat. The driver was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and a citation for driving under suspension.
- The Mount Vernon Police Department asked the KCSO to work a warrant on Magers Rd. Derrick M. Lute was located at his residence and was arrested without incident.
