Narthan Landis, 31, of Mount Vernon was picked up just after 8:30 p.m. on Thursday for a parole violation.
Anthony R. Serro, 34, of Mount Vernon was charged at around 2:45 a.m. on Sunday for possession of a drug-abuse instrument.
Scott J. Bryant, 23, of Mount Vernon was picked up at 7:40 a.m. on Sunday for a parole violation. He was charged also with resisting arrest, obstructing official business, and arrested for an outstanding warrant.
Charleen P. Brasseur, 35, of Columbus was picked up at around 1:15 a.m. on Sunday for an outstanding warrant.
Jacob D. Donalon, 22, of Mount Vernon was picked up at around 9:15 p.m. on Thursday for several outstanding warrants.
Natasha L. Campbel, 31, of Mount Vernon was charged at 1:20 a.m. on Wednesday for resisting arrest and for obstructing official business. She was cited also for driving under a suspended license.
Jason D. Wilson, 32, of Mount Vernon was charged just after 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday for criminal trespassing.
Traffic Violations
Natasha L. Campbell, 31, of Mount Vernon was cited at around 1:20 a.m. on Wednesday for operating a vehicle with an obstructed license plate. She was also cited for those plates being expired.
Scarlett Parrish, 71, of Mount Vernon was cited at around 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday for failing to assure a clear driving distance ahead.
Kathleen M. Tennant, 40, of Mount Vernon was cited at around 12;45 p.m. on Tuesday for starting and backing without insuring it was safe to do so.
Stephanie A. Farber, 27, of Mount Vernon was cited at 3:45 a.m. on Thursday for operating a vehicle without a valid licence.
Jackie DInsmone, 32, of Mount Vernon was cited just after 9:00 p.m. on Saturday for operating a vehicle with expired registration tags.
Louis Alexander, 19, of Johnstown was cited at around 10:00 p.m. on Saturday for failing to control his vehicle.
Roger L. Mays, 55, of Springfield was cited at around 9:20 p.m. on Sunday for driving under a suspended license.
CierraSeigerwald, 25, of Mount Vernon was cited at 2:45 a.m. on Sunday for driving under a license that had been suspended due to a financial responsibility infraction.

Accidents
At 3:45 p.m. on Friday, Todd Swetlund, 44, of Marengo was heading eastbound on Coshocton Avenue in his 2010 GMC Yukon. An unknown driver was immediately behind him in a small, black pick-up truck. When Swetlund slowed for a traffic light at Vernedale Avenue, the unknown driver struckSwetlund’s vehicle in the rear. He then fled the scene in a small, black pick-up truck.
Incidents
At around 10:40 a.m. on Friday, someone turned over a license plate found on the 100-block of Newark Road to the Mount Vernon Police Department. The investigation into the matter continues.
At 5:15 p.m. on Saturday, a Richland Bank credit card belonging to a resident was alleged to have been fraudulently used at Staples. A suspect was identified.
