Demolition begins on two Coshocton Road buildings

MOUNT VERNON-Two buildings that have long been eyesores along Coshocton Road across from the shopping plaza began to come down Monday. Both the old Clark gas station and the old bakery/burger buildings were purchased by the city.  City officials say the short-term use for the property will be green space.
