MOUNT VERNON – The Knox County Board of Elections has released a list of the questions and issues to be on the November 5th ballot. Early voting begins October 1 and the deadline to register to vote in the election is October 7th. The polls will be open November 5, 2013 fro 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Poll workers are being sought to staff precincts in the county on election day.
