Tyler Smith, 19, of Mount Vernon was charged at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic-stop.
Klodiana Meka, 42, of Mount Vernon was charged at noon on Wednesday with theft from the Kroger.
Timothy McClary, 51, of Centerburg was charged at around 1:40 a.m. on Wednesday with criminal trespassing and burglary on the 2000-block of Rich Hill Road in Centerburg.
Barbara McClary, 49, of Centerburg was also charged at around 1:40 a.m. on Wednesday with criminal trespassing and burglary on the 2000-block of Rich Hill Road in Centerburg.

Mark Lewis, 50, of Perrysville was cited at 5:55 p.m. on Tuesday for speeding in a 55 mph zone.

At around 10:20 a.m. on Wednesday, William H. Marietta, 62, of Fredericktown was heading southbound on S. Main Street in a Knox County Transit vehicle. He struck a parked vehicle near Gambier Street.
At 4:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Cornelius Windham, 42, of Mansfield was heading eastbound on Coshocton Avenue in his 2013 Ford Transit but stopped for traffic near Verndale Drive. Roxanna Reihheld, 63, of Danville was behind him in her 2006 Chrysler Town & Country minivan, failed to stop, and rear-ended Windham’s vehicle. Reihheld was cited for the incident.
Just after 4:00 p.m. on Monday, Lindsey L. McCleskey, 44, of Decatur, GA was traveling westbound on W. Hamtramck Street in a semi-trailer truck. Near Mulberry Street, his trailer struck an overhead wire which caused a utility pole to break and fall onto his vehicle. McCleskey was cited for the incident.
At 11:50 p.m. on Monday, Zachary A. Carlin, 24, of Mount Vernon was in his Chevy pick-up waiting in the drive-thru lane at the Coshocton Avenue McDonalds. Ryan D. Devore, 23, of Mount Vernon was immediately behind him in his 2011 Ford sedan. As they moved through the line, Devore failed to maintain an adequate distance between them and rear-ended Carlin’s vehicle. Devore’s vehicle was towed from the scene and he was cited for the incident.
Incidents: At 2:15 a.m. on Wednesday, a maple tree near the gazebo in Riverside Park was vandalized. Suspects were identified.
At around 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday, an officer responded to a reported theft at a residence on the 700-block of W. Vine Street. Among the stolen items were an air compressor, a tile saw, an impact driver, a cordless drill, a dramal, and a jig-saw.
At 3:50 p.m. on Wednesday, a victim reported that $15 in cash and a $50 Wal-mart gift card were stolen at a gas station on High Street.
At around 9:45 p.m. on Wednesday, officers responded to a report of shoplifting at the Kroger. A ribeye steak, some broth, some cheese, and some pretzels had been stolen. A suspect was identified and a surveillance DVD was collected as evidence.
At around 10:15 p.m. on Wednesday, officers responded to an activated business alarm at the Mount Vernon Country Club.
At 10:55 p.m. on Wednesday, a victim reported the theft of a cast-iron table and chairs from a residence on the 200-block of Boynton Street.
Just before 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, a victim reported that his pre-paid cell-phone had been stolen at the Super 8 on Coshocton Avenue.
At 9:10 a.m. on Tuesday, an officer responded to a reported disturbance at a residence on the 000-block of Taylor Road. A suspect was identified.
At 3:10 a.m. on Monday, officers responded to a report of a disorderly patient at Knox Community Hospital’s emergency room. A suspect was identified.
Just after 10:00 a.m. on Monday, an officer responded to a parking complaint on the 200-block of W. Vine Street.
