Barbara Ellen Bell, 79 formerly of Millersport passed peacefully into the loving arms of Jesus on September 10, 2026 at Country View of Sunbury. She was born on March 25, 1947 in Columbus, OH to the late James E. and Ethel A. (Sprouse) DeVault.
Barbara was a woman of faith who cherished her family and the time she shared with those closest to her. She enjoyed her time living in Florida and spending time at the beach. She loved listening to Gospel music.
She is survived by her children, Bonnie (John) Stout, David (Kasey) Bell, Randy (Kim) Bell and Leslie Bell; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; sister, Norma Turner; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, David Bell, Sr.; siblings, James DeVault, Jr., Ethel Labora, Mary Myers and William DeVault.
The family will receive friends from 10-11:30am on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Brucker-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica. Celebration of Life will begin at 11:30am. Private family burial will be held at Millersport Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Country View of Sunbury- Memory Unit, 14961 N. Old 3C Highway, Sunbury, OH 43074.
