MOUNT VERNON — Wednesday’s Junior Fair activities included the beef breeding, sheep breeding, and market goat shows along with market dairy steer, beef, and goat showmanship.
Nash Stull of Country Critters showed the Grand Champion goat. Danville FFA member Taylor Meade won Reserve Grand Champion.
Boots and Banners member Aubree Hess 15 took top honors in the Born, Bred, and Raised category, showing the Grand Champion and Reserve Champion.
Master Showman went to 12-year-old Brock Mason of Knox Cattle Kids.
Lucienne Byler, Barn Yard Bunch 4H, showed the Sheep Supreme Champion.
In the beef breeding show, Supreme and Reserve Grand Champion honors went to Trinity Enzor and Leah Weiser, respectively.
Enzor is a member of Anything Goes 4-H Club and also showed the champion cow/calf pair. Weiser is a member of Clinton Clovers.
Noah Beckley and Malia Goodwin took home showmanship honors. Beckley, East Knox FFA, won market dairy steer Master Showman. Goodwin, Mount Vernon FFA, won beef Master Showman.
