Treat yourself to a quiet, restorative experience with guided meditation, aromatherapy, and reiki in the BFEC Resource Center. This one-hour program offers a welcoming space to slow down, relax, and settle into the present moment. Participants are welcome to bring a blanket or yoga mat, or use one of the BFEC mats. Meet at the Resource Center.
