Miriam V. Hulse, age 87, of Mount Vernon, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2026, at The Ohio Eastern Star Home following an extended illness.
She was born on July 5, 1938, in Centerburg, Ohio to the late Lawrence R. and Martha A. (Myers) Morey.
Miriam was a longtime member of the Milford Church of Christ. Miriam loved sports in her youth. Was an avid garage saler and spent much of her time in service to others.
She is survived by her brother, Richard (Marie) Morey; sister, Norma (Morey) Cox; along with many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Miriam was preceded in death by her husband of 31 years, Russell Hulse and three sisters.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026 – 1:00 PM in Mount Liberty Cemetery.
