MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County grand jury handed down 11 indictments on Monday.
Here are the cases:
Joson R. Carroll, 35, of Mount Vernon, failure to provide change of address, a second-degree felony.
Mitchell T. Wheeler, 53, of Etowah, receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.
Marcus D. Wright, 19, of Mount Vernon, domestic violence, a fifth-degree felony.
Branden L. Gamble, 28, of Mount Vernon, domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.
Matthew B. Caudill, 19, of Mount Vernon, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a fourth-degree felony.
Shane L. Oliver, 49, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony.
Aaron T. Bolton, 31, of Mount Vernon, two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence, a first-degree misdemeanor; aggravated vehicular homicide, a second-degree felony; aggravated vehicular assault, a third-degree felony.
Robert K. Edwards, of Utica, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony; operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. a first-degree misdemeanor.
Kevin E. Fields, 37, of Cardington, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
James J. Kougher II, 40, of Millersport, passing bad checks, a fourth-degree felony; two counts of grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony.
Heather M. Castonguay, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
