Centerburg led 9-8 at the first-quarter stop, but Fredericktown took control after that.
The Freddies moved on top 18-16 at halftime. That third-period blitz made it 34-23 heading to the final eight minutes. A 7-6 scoring edge in the fourth quarter ended it.
Fredericktown improves to 10-1 overall, 6-1 in the KMAC. The Freddies return to action at Clear Fork on Monday.
Centerburg drops to an identical record, 10-1, 6-1, and will host Northmor on Wednesday.
East Knox handed the Freddies their lone loss of the season, 58-51 on Dec. 6. The Bulldogs are 5-4, 3-3 in the KMAC after stopping winless Danville 51-41 on Friday night.
The Freddies will travel to Centerburg for a rematch on Jan. 29.
